How to use( there are 2 methods):

method 1: After washing your hair, after drying around 90%, clip on the ball & sleep beautifully and wake up with pretty curls the next morning

method 2: (30 mins) After spraying water, clip on the ball and use hot hair-dryer for about 15-20 mins(up to you, the longer the better).Remove the clips after that and spray some styling liquid for better effect.
